What is the best way to book?
You can book three ways: call, email or online - if you want to book within 24 hours it is best to call.
Do you take insurance?
We value our client's privacy so we do not accept insurance, but can take FSA/HSA cards. We accept all forms of other payment.
Where do I park?
We have found the best place to park is on the street or in the Library Garage. We are located at the KC Loft Central entrance on 10th street across from this garage.

What is the difference between coaching & therapy?
We are so glad you asked! Therapy is going to uncover childhood traumas and treat from a clinical lens. Coaching is going to approach your struggles with hands-on guidance that comes from real-world experience. Both our coach & therapist collaborate on your care.
Does therapy/coaching really work?
We are a little biased, but YES! You get what you put into it and it isn't going to be a cakewalk, however, over 90% of our clients would say that we have helped them improve their lives for the better.
Can I use my out-of-network benefits?
Absolutely! We can give you a superbill to send in to your insurance for reimbursement.

This is a common myth about chiropractic care that has been perpetuated for decades. When adjustments are practiced by skilled doctors you are in zero danger of injury. Dr. Crowe is an expert in her field and you are in safe hands.
